No. We enrol the device in device management so it can be locked if it is reported lost or stolen. We can’t see your photos, messages or accounts.
That label means your device is enrolled in device management while it’s on subscription. It disappears when your subscription ends, or when you buy the device.
Book a return in your account and we’ll send a prepaid courier to collect it. We wipe your data and send you a certificate of erasure.
You can return it or upgrade. If you do nothing, your subscription continues month to month at your current price and you can cancel anytime.
You choose once at checkout, and your plan stays the same for your whole term. You can choose again on your next subscription.
